WeGrow (Hong Kong) Limited is committed to making this website easy to browse and use for everyone, including people with disabilities.

Our goal

This website aims to meet level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2.

What we do

  • Every page has a clear heading structure and a main content region, with a "Skip to main content" link.
  • Text and background colours meet the AA contrast requirements.
  • All links, buttons and forms can be used with a keyboard alone, with a clear focus indicator.
  • Images have text descriptions; decorative animation can be stopped and follows your device's "reduce motion" setting.
  • Form fields have labels, and error messages are shown as text.
  • The site is available in Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese and English.

Accessibility tools

Every page has an accessibility button in the bottom-left corner that lets you adjust the site to your needs:

  • Profiles: seizure safe, low vision, cognitive, focus (ADHD), read aloud and keyboard.
  • Content: page zoom, text size, line height, letter spacing, a readable font, a dyslexia-friendly font, highlighted titles and links, a text magnifier and text alignment.
  • Colour: dark, light and high contrast, monochrome, saturation, and text, title and background colours.
  • Navigation and tools: stop animations, mute sounds, hide images, reading guide, reading mask, highlight hover and keyboard focus, big cursor, read aloud, shortcut keys, on-screen keyboard, voice commands and dictionary.

Your settings are saved in this device's browser and apply to every page of the site. If you have hidden the accessibility button, use the button below to bring it back.

How we test

We check every page of the site in all three languages with the automated tool axe-core, and test the main functions by hand with a keyboard at desktop and phone screen sizes.

Known limitations

  • The Google map on the Contact Us page is provided by a third party and its accessibility is outside our control; our address is also given as text.
  • "Read on tap" and "Voice commands" use your browser's built-in speech services, which some browsers or devices may not support.
  • The dyslexia-friendly font only applies to English letters.
